Reserving Your Christmas Delivery Slot
To reserve a spot for Christmas, you need to ensure you check out a base order first. If you are simply adding to your cart with a Christmas delivery date set, that won't secure your spot.
You can reserve your delivery slot in three steps:
1. Choose the delivery time that works best for you on December 23 or 24.
2. Add some Christmas basics to your cart.
Don’t worry about adding everything: just put a few things in your cart that you know you’ll need (carrots, potatoes - anything!).
Once you’ve placed your order you can go back and edit your order anytime before our cut-off dates (more on that below).
3. Check out to secure your delivery slot.
Just follow the steps you usually would when checking out. And don’t worry - we don’t charge you for your order until the day of delivery.
Please note that if you have a regular delivery scheduled, and you're within the 24 hours that your cart is preparing to be checked out, you won't be able to place a Christmas order. We're really sorry about this and are working on fixing this experience. In the meantime, enjoy that extra time to plan your shopping list.

Once you’ve chosen, you’ll then need to edit your order. To do that, just go into your order history (found under “Account options” in the top left corner), then select "Order History. Then find your scheduled Christmas Order by looking at the delivery date.
Finalising Your Order Before our Cut-off Dates
Be sure to make final changes to your order by…
12pm Friday December 17 - for meat (turkey, ham, etc)
12pm Sunday December 19 - for seafood (prawns, oysters, etc.)
12pm Wednesday December 22 - for everything else
