Most of your produce and products will arrive in paper bags or reusable YourGrocer cooler bags. However, some items may occasionally come in plastic bags, usually added by the store to help label or separate your order - ensuring nothing goes missing during delivery.
We’re always working closely with our retail partners to reduce our environmental impact, and we appreciate your support as we continue to improve.
Can I return the paper bags and cooler (esky) bags?
Absolutely! You can return your paper and cooler bags - we love reusing and recycling them.
Just hand them to your driver during your next delivery, or if you won’t be home, simply leave them out in a safe spot and we’ll collect them for you.
Icepacks
To keep your delivery cool - especially if you're not home - we include at least one frozen ice pack in each YourGrocer cooler bag. These ice packs are non-toxic and completely food safe ✅
We clean and reuse them, so feel free to return them along with your cooler bags or paper bags. Just pop them inside the bag you’re returning - it’s a big help to us and the environment.
